Product mapping

This is a one-time setup to register products at the warehouse from which they are going to be fulfilled. It only needs to be repeated if there are new products that should be fulfilled or if the default country of origin for a product changes.

Prerequisites

Each product and variation requires a unique EAN, configured via the plugin EAN for WooCommerce

Mapping flow

The table lists all products and all variations that have an EAN.

Tick the Fulfillment checkbox on the left for each product that is going to be fulfilled with DHL and optionally configure if it is a Dangerous Good.

If Returns are enabled the origin code also needs to be set for every product that should be fulfilled.

The Sync Status column serves as a confirmation that the product is configured in the DHL warehouse and is ready to be fulfilled.

The table also shows the last date when the stock of a product was updated by the plugin.
