ASN
The Inbound Orders page allows you to send Advance Shipping Notifications (ASNs) to the warehouse to inform DHL about incoming shipments of your products.
Create ASN
To create an ASN click the Create Inbound Order button.
Select the warehouse and enter the quantity for each product that will be shipped to the warehouse. On the right side select an estimated delivery date and the country of origin for the selected products.
The ASN can either be sent to DHL immediately or be saved and sent at a later date.
To announce products from different countries of origin a separate ASN needs to be created for each country.
ASN Status & Update
The table shows all ASNs with their corresponding status and products. When the status is updated to DELIVERED the stock of all products that are part of the ASN is updated automatically (see Inventory Management).
Overreceiving and underreceiving
There is a possibility that a different amount or even different items than expected arrive at the warehouse.
After an ASN is in status DELIVERED the product list will show the actual amount of products that were received in the warehouse
in addition to the expected amount. Any products that were not expected but were part of the delivery will also be listed.
